1. Order processing time
This is the time elapsed between the customer placing the order and the seller handing it over to the courier.
Usually orders are shipped within 1 business days of order / payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends may be delayed.
Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays. In such cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.
2.Shipping Cost & Shipping Time
All our products are shipped for free with Standard Shipping.
Shipment will be sent via UPS Ground, USPS First Class Mail (FCM) or USPS Airmail. We will select the carrier with the fastest delivery time based on your billing address.
Adapter Chargers: Estimated delivery time 5 - 10 business days.
Batteries: Estimated delivery time 10 - 16 business days.
Total shipping time = processing time + shipping time
3.Tracking
You will receive an email after your order has shipped. Tracking number will be provided (tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Note: It may take longer during events or holidays.
It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you can't track your parcel normally, please contact us, we will solve the problem within 48 hours.
4.Delivery time exceeded
If your order is delayed, please contact us by e-mail [email protected], we will check the situation with the transport company in time. Thank you for your understanding and support.
5.Change delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct. If you want to change address, please send us an email within 24 hours after payment. We are not responsible for incorrect or non-existent addresses.
6. Order cancellation
We can cancel your order if you contact us in time after your purchase. If payment has been completed and your shipment has not been shipped, you may cancel your order prior to item delivery. We will refund the full amount of money.
Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.
7. Item not received
Usually, we provide the tracking number and tracking link in a timely manner. If you don't receive the item for a long time, please contact us timely. We will confirm this with the couriers and contact you ASAP.
If the product is lost in transit, we will arrange an exchange for you and cover the shipping costs ourselves. Or full refund if you no longer need the item.
8.Tax information
Customs duties are to be paid by inbparts.com. Apart from the price of the product, our customers do not have to pay any other fees.
